A 206mm hand forged chef’s knife, the blade laminated from 150 year old puddled iron with a high carbon chrome vanadium (Bohler K510) steel core and a hexagonal handle made from 3,000 year old Anglian bog oak. The grind is very thin, shallow concavity straight off the saddle grinder, with a beautiful peacock blue and gold forced patina
