This chef knife has a blade forged from high carbon steel (1.2210) steel, and the hexagonal handle is made from 5000 year old English bog oak. Unusually for one of my knives it is very thin in section, what knife enthusiasts might call a “laser”, while retaining decent stiffness.
Please read the care and guarantee section before purchase. Both blade and handle are made from untreated natural materials that will patronage and age over time, and with a minimal amount of care will last a lifetime.
