(NB International postage has been delayed in recent years by Brexit, coronavirus, and other events outside of my control, and international orders may be subject to often very high import duties, so please bear that in mind when ordering.)

This general purpose was forged from a single piece of high carbon steel (1.2210) and has a handle made from an oak beam from a house dated 1775, and blackened with vinegar and iron filings.
This knife combines a high degree of functionality, combined with heaps of character. Due to the natural, untreated nature of both high carbon steel, iron and the handle material, this knife will patinate and change over time.
Please see the care and guarantee section of my website before purchase.
The specifications are as follows, the distal taper is pictured and the balance point is around the bolster;
Blade length; ca. 262mm
